CALL FOR POSTERS

We invite you to join the South Central Region as we identify ways to Finding the Perfect Fit: Keys to Unlocking Self-Potential. We are calling for posters addressing any ACADEMIC topic of interest to the diverse membership of the National Black Graduate Student Association.

POSTER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

THE POSTER PRESENTATION
Posters are ideal for presentation speculative in-progress work, late-breaking results from completed work, or for giving an introduction to interesting, innovative theoretical work. Posters are intended to provide authors and participants with the ability to connect with each other and to engage in discussions about the work. Posters should be no larger than 36’’ HIGH BY 56’’ WIDE.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
To be eligible to present at the 2010 – 2011 South Central Regional conference, you must:

• Submit an abstract of 400 words maximum (excluding title and authors information) with a detailed description of the poster presentation. The abstract should be in Word or PDF format.
• Include name, university affiliation, academic credentials (MA, Ph.D, etc), and email address at the top of the abstract. If proposal is selected for presentation, this abstract will be used in the conference program as the description of your poster presentation.
• Submission Deadline: September 17, 2010
• Acceptance notification for all submissions: September 22, 2010
