We are delighted to present you with the new and improved look of NBGSA. Our
site will provide you with all the information you need to engage in the activities
and services that we offer to Black graduate students
across
the country. As the largest interdisciplinary graduate student organization
we strive to meet the needs of the wide variety of graduate and professional
students. This website is designed to reach out not only to currently
enrolled graduate students, but also to enhance awareness and increase the
enrollment of undergraduate students who are interested in pursuing graduate
degrees.

In our 20 years of existence, the National Black Graduate Student Association has made great strides in enhancing diversity at some of the most prestigious institutions in the country. Peruse our website to be informed about the current efforts toward increasing access for graduate students by viewing the president’s vision, reading our online quarterly newsletter, and keeping up to date information with our weekly digest.
This website will provide you with information about your NBGSA leadership team, local chapters, mission and purpose, regional and national conferences, and much more. We will also provide you with information on employment opportunities and most importantly how you can become an individual, chapter, associate, or lifetime member. Additionally, there are many ways to get involved in the leadership of our association, including state and academic representative positions, regional representative positions, and the executive council.
