Welcome...
The National Black Graduate Student Association is excited to hold its 21st Annual National Convention in Houston, Texas March 11-15, 2009. The convention will be held at the Doubletree Downtown Houston with undergraduate, graduate, and professional students across the country.
The theme for our 21st Annual National Black Graduate Student Conference is “Engaged. Empowered. Expect It.” This exemplifies our mission in collaborating with universities, corporations, and the non-profit sector to effectuate positive change at the local, state, and national level in academics. Through a series of interdisciplinary workshops, networking forums, student paper competitions, and roundtable discussions the National Black Graduate Student Conference will serve to bridge the gap between academia, the community, and you. Join us as we continue to build a legacy of excellence.
See you in Houston.
